Tourist peaks and busy airport routes lift demand. Summer, holidays and big events bring more travellers into your city. Because transfers are pre-booked, you can see busy periods coming and plan your availability around them.
Drivers are paid weekly or monthly depending on their destination. Minimum threshold of €100. Payments cover transfers operated two weeks prior, with any shortfall rolling over.

If the Traveler fails to appear at the pickup location by the end of their complimentary waiting time, or the end of their extra waiting time, the transfer is marked as a TNS, and the Driver’s compensation is 100%
Yes. Tips aren't part of the transfer price. They're an extra thank-you from travellers for great service, and they're yours to keep.
You're self-employed, so you issue your own receipts to travellers. You do not need to issue invoices to Welcome Pickups. Instead, Welcome sends you a monthly invoice covering its commission, which you can use for your tax declaration.
