Tell us about you
Start with a short online form: your name, contact details, the car type you own, and the city you want to drive in. It takes a couple of minutes.
ID verification
Complete your ID check to unlock the next steps. Just a photo of yourself and your ID card to verify it's you.
Upload your documents
Add your driving licence, professional permit and insurance so we can confirm you're road- and passenger-ready. We handle the checks from there.
Documents approved
Once your documents check out, you'll need to upload some extra info and photos of your vehicle, accept our pricing terms, and share with us your availability for the final approval.
Lessons passed
Complete our lessons so you can be ready to use the app, navigate through our features, and deliver a perfect experience to your travelers.
Have a quick chat
Next comes a short interview with our team. It's not a test, it's a chance for us to get to know you and make sure Welcome Pickups is the right fit before your first traveller gets in the car.
Get Activated
Pass the interview and we switch on your account. Most drivers are approved within days and get access to the app, so you can start accepting transfers right away.
First transfers are assigned
Your first three transfers are on us each with a fixed price, pickup time and destination shown before you accept.
Get paid weekly
Payouts land in your account every week, based on the transfers you've completed. Because every fare is agreed up front, you always know what you're earning before you drive.
What you'll need to apply

✅ A vehicle that meets our standards. (maximum vehicle age: 10 years old)
✅ Proof of insurance and any local permits
✅ A smartphone to manage jobs through the app
