Weekly or monthly depending on your destination, straight to your bank account. There's a €100 minimum payout threshold, and each payment covers the transfers you operated two weeks earlier.

You're self-employed, so you issue your own receipts to travellers. Welcome sends you a monthly invoice covering its commission, which you can use for your tax declaration.

Yes. You set your own availability — up to 12 hours a day, split into as many slots as you like — and you can opt in to urgent requests outside your schedule whenever you want extra work.

Through a driver leaderboard built on metrics like your rating, acceptance rate and reliability. The stronger your metrics, the more — and higher-value — transfers come your way.

Clear policies cover both. You're compensated in defined cancellation cases, and once the complimentary waiting time passes you can mark a Traveler No-Show in the app and leave with your compensation.
